Soooo, you said nobody wanted to have a baby with you, yeah?

So, since I don't have to be dragging water back and forth anymore, I'm going to have some more time to help out. Where do you need me? I know there's still a lot to be done. I'm not the smartest guy in the world, but I'm strong and willing to work hard.

So the work in the garden is really satisfying, and I think we've got a lot of good out of it. The gods have given us a lot of different seeds, and we're really getting a variety of stuff out of it. I'm especially looking forward to the basil, oregano, cilantro, and other herbs that we've been growing. They're going to really add to the quality of the food.

But a question. Does anyone know how to mill wheat into flour or corn into corn meal? I mean, I know it can be done, but I don't have a clue how. It would be nice to have the ability to make breads and stuff like that. I suppose we could use the river and do it the old fashioned way? It can't be that hard to build a mill, can it?

In less than two weeks, I'm going to be a mother.

I'm so excited...but I'm really terrified, too. Back home, I was married, but never conceived, but here Arva's made everything right and I feel so blessed...

But please, I pray to the gods, don't let me mess this up. I'm so terrified that I will. But I guess that's natural, right?

Guess I'm supposed to introduce myself on this damned thing.
