MAC planned a Disco Night at Strikes & Skates. She might hate her job there, but she loves planning events! You can read about Roller Disco here. The music will be 70s themed so feel free to pick upbeat music from that time period when discussing the event/writing threads/posting journals. PLEASE remember to tag your character's name when replying.

Albus invited Astoria to his place because he wanted to talk to her about something pretty embarrassing. He needed a female's opinion (a female he wasn't related to). Isabella and Autumn had been helpful, but he didn't want to bug them. Granted, Astoria was Scorpius' mum and he loved her like a second mother at home, but here? Astoria was close to his age and had been a good friend so far. He trusted her not to laugh at him.

"So this is my room," he announced. He swept a hand around the room, which was decorated with tons of muggle superhero posters and filled to the brim with books and comics. There were also sketches and scraps of parchment everywhere. "Er, I tried to clean," he said as he stuffed some things under his bed. He smiled sheepishly. "How are you?"

Draco figured he could escape telling Astoria about their shared future, but then he felt guilty about wanting to foist everything onto Daphne. He felt even guiltier when he saw how upset Scorpius was about the whole thing. He could only imagine how Cressida felt too. He didn't want to overwhelm Astoria, but he couldn't stand seeing his children hurt. Even before the magic messed with his age, Draco wanted nothing more than to protect both children. Now that he had the benefit of extra memories? The need just intensified. Still, how was he supposed to go about telling Astoria they'd marry some day? They weren't those people yet. At home, he was just starting to open up to her in letters. She was a brilliant friend, but still Daphne's little sister. And in her time? Draco could only imagine what she might think of him. Regardless, he couldn't put the meeting off. It wasn't fair to her or the children.

He stopped at the bakery where he picked up cold drinks and assorted treats. Startling news always went better with sweets, right? He took up residence on one of the stone benches near the back so they'd have some privacy. "Astoria!" He called when he spotted her. He stood up quickly and flashed a smile. "Hullo."

Tonight, at the Cafe & Lounge, Percy will be performing for the first time. There was a poster announcing this in the Cafe, if your character missed Percy's and Astoria's announcements.

The performance has two sets, one at 8:00 pm and a second at 10:00 pm... both lasting approximately an hour each. There is no cover charge. The music Percy performs is a mix of Wizarding and Muggle songs. ( You'll find his playlist under the cut.... )

Daphne hadn't been sure, but she'd thought she'd heard something upstairs. She'd been getting used to having the house to herself, now that her old roommate was gone (thank goodness). She'd been trying to avoid going up there, because she was afraid it'd be an animal or even worse, some person coming in that she didn't know.

However, when Astoria's handwriting appeared in Daphne's book, Daphne was overjoyed. She'd missed her sister something fierce, and when Story had told her she was in a bed, Daphne had a hunch -- she could be wrong, but something in Daphne's gut told her she was right -- that it was Story in her spare room.

Proceeding cautiously, since Daphne couldn't be entirely sure she was right, she made her way up the stairs and into the other bedroom. "Story?" she called out, pushing the door open, her wand up just in case. "Are you in here, love?"
