So the Dean at Finnigan's pub gave me this journal, apparently they've been around for ages? I'm guessing from the fact that it's full of other people's writing that it's not a private journal - amazing skills of detection, I know. So, hello other people with the journals! How are we all?

My to do list seems to be growing, and I ma very eager to get to work. On the other hand - someone make sure I emerge from my office at some point hmm?

After all - this weekend is Halloween - anyone up to anything fun?

I'm putting together a Halloween / Samhain notice board to advertise activities in the Monument Alley / Diagon Alley area.

So... let me know if you're putting on any activities in the next two weeks and I'll give you some free advertising. Also special discounts, offers, competitions. Anything, really.

Pandora smoothed a final hand over the blanket and then tied the paper around it with care. She was exhausted and she hoped the effort would be worth it - that it would actually be passed on to its intended recipient, charms intact. She'd learned to crochet mostly because Azkaban had deemed the hook too dull to harm anyone and had made sure she wasn't going to hang herself relatively frequently, and though she'd not really made anything since, she still had all those blankets from then. She'd spent the last few days neglecting her current projects to infuse a long term Cheering Charm into it, an upper level work of a Master, and added the flowers with a faint Patonus infusion, something she was poor at because she'd never managed to cast a corporeal Patronus. But every bit helped.

She gave the shop's owl precise instructions and let it out. Sighing, she knew it was all she could do.

I heard about that poor little girl who was attacked by the cursed cutlery. I made this blanket long ago, and I hope you'll pass it on to her. I've put a long term Cheering Charm in it that should help with any remaining trauma - and even when it's gone, it should have good memories for her. I know Obliviators can't do everything. It shouldn't make any sort of matter that she's Muggle, it won't ever be overtly magical. I hope you can pass it on to her. You can check, but there's nothing malignant about it.
