United Front?

[info]russian_slayer
[info]btvsal
Who: Catherine OT Slayer Types
Where: Chloe's Sugar Shack
When: Friday Afternoon

Since she had been made the leader of the battle, Catherine had done a lot of thinking. Was she really ready for something like this? Sure, she had been told both by her own Watcher and Mr. Giles that she was more than prepared to take on this role, but Catherine couldn't help but doubt just a bit if she was really up for this. Then again, she was sure that other battle leaders had felt the same as well. What she wanted to do now was to start showing a united front to all of the evil things out there that wanted to hurt them. If they looked like they were ready, it would help a hell of a lot toward getting ready.

Catherine knew that it had went through the grapevine about her being made leader. She wasn't sure what any of the other girls thought of that yet, though. Did some of them think that she would be a bad leader, or did any one of them think that they would make a better one? These were thoughts that she wanted to talk about with the other girls. Plus, they needed to start training together at least once a week soon. They needed to be able to be in sync with one another if they were really going to do this.

Um...Why Skylar's Not Going to the Slayer Meeting

Who: Skylar OT Anyone She Would End Up Contacting (Pat, Gwen, Wes, Ami, her Watcher)
Where: Starting at the Morrison Home, but will more than likely move.
When: Friday Afternoon

Gwen had already went ahead of her to go to the Slayer meeting. She was glad that Catherine had been the one picked out of all of them to do the leading. Skylar knew that she wouldn't want to be the one, and she didn't want Gwen to, either. They were selfish reasons, because it was for their daughter, but they were reasons none the less.

She was waddling around, looking for her shoes, when she realized that she had stepped in a puddle. "Where the hell did a puddle come from?" she mumbled, looking around. However, she quickly realized that, it wasn't a random puddle, but her water breaking. "Oh...crap." Why now?

She grabbed a phone and called the hospital, saying that she was on her way, and then started dialing the numbers to her nearest and dearest, so that she could let them know that, well, the baby was on the way.
