12:47 PM
Who: Iris OT Jeremy
Where: Jeremy's House
When: Thursday Afternoon
Iris had not been aware just how much paperwork came with being brought back to life. Even though she would still use her first name just to keep her brain on straight, she had to pick out a new last name, get a new birth certificate, and pretty much a new life. Her old one was technically dead. She could even maybe talk to her family soon (and what an explanation *that* would be!), but, as far as the world of bureaucracy was concerned, she was and always would be dead.
She also couldn't teach again in the Los Angeles area. She wasn't even sure if she could still get a job in this area. She was a murder victim, so her face was kind of recognizable right now. For all of her wanting to finally be able to leave a house, she really still couldn't go anywhere right now. She had to let a little more time pass. Eventually, people forgot what the people who were dead looked like. It was Los Angeles, after all.
She looked over at Jeremy, who was sitting with her as she was trying to go over everything. "How much more of this is there?" she asked him.
