Much like Zee, Patience couldn't remember the last time that she'd gone out and had fun. Although for completely different reasons than the ex-Horseman (or woman, as it so happened) of the Apocalypse. She was currently dressed in: heels, impossibly short short-shorts, a thin black belt, a white tee, over which she wore an over-sized navy jacket (presumably a male's) rolled up at the sleeves. Her eyes were heavy with black eyeshadow/mascara, her (still) red hair tossed messily over her shoulders as she lost herself to the music, dancing on the dance floor.

With the year winding to a close and students (as well as teachers) basically dicking around leading into the holiday season, Payton, after doing all of her homework, had actually gone out and found herself a job. Not that she let any of her friends or classmates know that, mind you. She never let anyone close enough for that. The woman of mixed heritage had just finished learning the basics from the assistant manager, and was currently walking around, doing the rounds.

She was currently dressed in blue jeans and a white tank-top with her hair loose over her shoulders, which was a rare occurrence. The usually bitchy cheerleader actually looked like in a good mood for a change, which was also rare, if also a startlingly lovely thing. She was also singing along to an Erasure song that was playing over the speakers, of all things.

"I only went to the girl because her circumstances told me that she would make a wish of vengeance, sir," Anyanka protested. This wasn't her fault. She had merely followed protocol, after all. After someone says 'I wish,' well, she had to perform the wish. That was sort of how this type of think worked.

"That may be, Anyanka," a voice from the darkness said, but she didn't have to see him to know who it was. It was her boss, the one who had inducted her into the ways of being a Vengeance demon, after all. "You still have disobeyed the cornerstone of our ways. For that, you must be punished."

Anyanka winced, fully expecting to have her head lopped off or something. That was what happened to the last girl who had messed up so bad. And yet, the blow never came. When she opened her eyes to look again, instead of being in darkness, well, she was still in darkness, but now she was standing on a street, in LA, where she had last been.

It took her a second to realize what had happened. This was her punishment?

"Damnit!"

Her voice echoed in the darkness. Now she just had to figure out what to do next.

The Vault had been open for about a month now (It had. Seriously. Don't look at me like that. THERE WERE REASONS IT WAS NEVER MENTIONED. Ok, so Louise's original player vamoosed. DON'T JUDGE ME!), and had started building up pretty much exactly the reputation that Louise had intended for it: a sanctuary for the supernatural. Neutral ground, no 'normals' allowed, just a classy place where the supernatural didnt have to hide who or what they were.

While music filtered through the speakers, the quiet, usually stoic vampire moved throughout the club, her grace making it seem more like she were floating. Louise, while worried sick over Meredith and her current situation, knew better than to mix business with pleasure, and did her best to keep her game face on.

When: Wednesday Evening

Normally, when Anyanka was summoned, the first thing she felt was the anger of the scorned woman that she would be performing a wish for. Sometimes it would be so strong that it would call to her, and she would seek out the woman herself.

She had felt no such strong call in Los Angeles. Sure, there were women who needed scores settled. However, none pulled her so much that she knew exactly where to find them. It usually took a very strong one for her to find without being summoned.

Actually, when she appeared in the office in Wolfram & Hart, she felt no call from the particular woman who summoned her at all. "Why have you summoned me here?" she asked.

Hey guys, your resident Jess here. I've picked up a new character. Say hello to Anyanka! I need to work on a way to get her into the game, though, which I hope is where you guys come in. Who wants to make a wish?

I'm hoping to get her off the ground after our big plot with Wolfram & Hart wraps itself up, at least for the time being. If you'd like to make a wish with her later, just let me know and we'll chat it up.
