When: Wednesday morning, just before dawn

This was it. The more Rupert Giles thought about it... the more he feared that Ash's joke was actually RIGHT. He felt like he was leading his troops to The Alamo. He'd arrived first, followed closely by Ash, who he had open the portal to Salacia. They were all about to go into battle against the forces of Wolfram & Hart. Now... as he watched everyone arriving... he knew it was time. Do or die.

"Well... are we all ready? As much as it pains me to say it... it's time. I want each one of you to look inside... and realize why you're doing this."

He looked around at the gathering troops.

"For some of us... it's revenge. For others, it's the desire to protect innocents. Regardless of your reason.. you need to focus on that. Because once we get there... it's going to get hectic, incredibly fast. We know we're going to be outnumbered... but how badly will depend on Ami's team and how quickly they can bring down the door separating the inter-dimensional bridge from the main arena."

"To all of you... thank you. And please... be safe."

And with that... Giles walked into the portal, knowing the others would soon follow.

"...My club looks like something out of a bad 80's romantic comedy."

Ben said with a sad sigh as he looked around his formerly hip club. Thank god it would only suffer this indignity for one night. He was in a sharp black Armani tuxedo, his hair slicked back, his fingers adorned with several gold rings as he watched the students start to come into the club.

"Meredith? You coming out? I did all this for you... I'd at least like to see you in your dress."

When: Thursday evening


Sin was in history class when it hit her: she'd been dating Tierce for weeks now, things had gotten serious enough that they thought of themselves as a couple AND he gave up his 'career' for her.... yet he still hadn't met pretty much the only two real friends she had out here. Sure, Sin had a lot of buddies... but Meredith and Catherine were the only two that were dear friends to her. Granted, part of her got squirmy at the thought of some of the inappropriate things Mere might say to him, but still. So, during lunch, she called Tierce, and told him to meet her at Jolt! at 8pm, that she wanted to introduce him to her friends. Then she called Mere, then hunted down Catherine.

So... as 8pm approached, Sin sat at a big, roomy booth inside Jolt!, kicking her feet back and forth impatiently, waiting for her boyfriend and her friends to arrive. She wore a black miniskirt over gaudy tiger-striped leotards, and a form-fitting Knight Rider t-shirt, her hair a vibrant, slightly dark shade of red.
