Neely and Rachelle had spent the better part of an hour in the shower (ahem), so it should come as no surprise that they were a liiiiittle late coming downstairs. Neely, herself, had decided to wear a snug pair of jeans and a white dress shirt, open to expose her beautiful cleavage, along with a loose plaid blue tie, absolutely GRINNING from ear-to-ear.
