On a scale from 1 to 10, how enjoyable would a base-wide game of Capture the Flag be for people? Voluntary entry into the game and hard rules about powers enforced, naturally.

I'm really sorry for anyone who might have seen my unexpected Alice in Wonderland growth spurt. I've been working on pushing past my limit but I was expecting it to be more of a gradual thing. I'm incredibly a little embarrassed.

The good news is that was what was going all the leg pain and I can now go up six stories. The bad news is that I'm not sure I'll ever not be tired.

Hi all

Pretty sure when the Arctic came to visit the 8th floor all of the stuff in Hector's room was destroyed. That was his books, his music, his movies, all the stuff he's collected through a lifetime here in the regiment.

I'd be heartbroken if I was in his shoes, and he might not want to tell anyone but he definitely is.

I'd appreciate it if any of you who are willing to help would chip in with trying to rebuild his collection? I can get a list of books from him that he remembers, and I'm sure we can ask the staff somehow to see if they can track his purchases through the shop.

He's been here such a long time and he's got nothing else. I can't do it on my own, or if I tried it would take me forever so... anyone with me?

I'm offering to run short/specialised training sessions with agents. Relaxed and less serious, but something to keep those who're interested active and working with groups they might not always train with.

I'm opening the floor to agents who want to, no one is being forced. And if there's anyone you'd rather we didn't include, I can do that too.

Some of you seem restless between your usually scheduled training. Pending handler approval (for those of you who need it) we'll be setting up slightly more relaxed training sessions for weekends, likely mid-to-late afternoon. Just a chance to use your powers, get some steam out, work with new people.

And potentially with agents with more experience who can give pointers on your own style. Nothing is mandatory, so you can come as you please. But it's an option.

I know this has been a rather wild week, but I hope that this news might cheer some people up!

I've ordered copies of a few seasons of Game of Thrones and I'll be hosting a themed party in the leisure room on Saturday night. A little lame, maybe, but at least it's something a little fun to look forward to. And if you don't think these cupcakes are amazing, then I don't know what to tell you.

I didn't understand it when I was teaching high school but someone mentioned something about 'fam' and 'bae' and I'm pretty sure I sat in the leisure room for an hour trying to figure out what the fuck 'bae' means. What happened to the days of 'radical' and 'tubular, dude'.

One of the agents requested that we allow that we let her and her sister camp out on the grounds for a couple nights. I'm just reaching out to see if it'd be something you would be okay with since the agent was technically one of yours. I have no issues with it.

I understand many people are finding the free time between scheduled training to be monotonous.

For those interested, I am open to a class in yoga or pilates if it is suitable. Any skill level is welcome.

Additionally, if anyone is looking for extra training or work outs, I'm happy to assist where my schedule allows.

Considering the horror movie marathon was successful, is there an appetite to do something similar but on a more regular basis? Even if it's just getting together and making a sorta cinema where we can watch shit in a communal fashion?

Am I the only one who has a hard time thinking about life after/if the SEA passes? I've been here since I was a kid. I don't know anything about the outside world. I haven't finished school or learned to drive. I would have no money. I definitely have no family to lean on.

Well, I've officially bummed myself out. Someone play a game with me. We could play truth or dare or never have I ever or something else that includes public humiliation.

Valentine's Day Horror Movie Marathon is on. First movie starts at 4:30. We'll choose what it is by vote.   Also, I still have a black eye from sparring with Bear. It's fading but still...I think it's my first black eye. I kind of love it.
