With everything happening today we've decided a special dessert for everyone. A fried ice cream sundae bar, there are lots of toppings and a few different flavors available. I hope everyone enjoys, it'll be available for the rest of the day.

Anyone have any tips to getting to sleep? I think I've watched all the late night tv I can handle. Failing that, anyone interested in a late night game of poker?

Thanks for looking after our teams while we've been gone. Scott will be back in a couple more days, I'm having to head out to Japan on assignment. I'll be gone Wednesday - Sunday. Then I'm refusing to bloody leave unless this building is on fire for at least three months. If someone can step up and watch my guys for me a little longer, I'd appreciate it. Rachel, Hazel - keep checking in on Danny and let me know how he's doing? I've got a phone so if he needs to talk to me just let him ring.

Thank you to everyone for your condolences; it meant a lot and was good to know that you guys have his back while he's going through a trying time.

Hate to do this again guys but I've been drafted on an assignment. I'll be gone from tomorrow until Sunday. I've got a phone- so the other handlers know how to contact me if you need to. I'll update you once I know who it is that's going to be keeping an eye on you but like I said before, training this week is not mandatory. This has gone on long enough. So, first thing, not sure if it’s written down or anything but Jag and I have a psychic bond. A really strong psychic bond. We feel what the othe does, hear their thoughts, etc. I assume by now you know that something happened and knocked him out... because I also passed out. Felt like getting hit by a semi. Anyway, I know that Jag hasn’t been sleeping because of nightmares. We both haven’t. He may not want help, but maybe there is something we can do. Just be warned, he’s stubborn and prideful about it.

Good afternoon everyone. I wanted to do this face to face but I think it's pertinent now that I address this before any further rumours circulate around the base.

Eric Hawthorne has been identified as a super and has been demoted from his position as a handler. He is currently in solitary confinement and will be released once his new handler sees fit to do this. I would ask that until he settles in as an agent that he is given space to adjust to his new position as this will be a big adjustment for him.

Yes, I understand that it may have been better to transfer him out of this facility but the decision was not ours to make.

I also appreciate that there will be some concern about his abilities. If you hear anything that makes you feel uncomfortable or causes you worry, please come to me directly so I can validate this rumour. I will not, however, publically share what he can do as that is not for me to say. Everyone here is entitled to their privacy.

I cannot stress this enough: come to me with concerns that you have prior to engaging or believing anything you may hear around the base. Gossip helps nobody.

In slightly better news, Noah Anderson - who runs the garage here - has offered to teach anyone who is interested in vehicle maintenance. So if you'd like the opportunity to learn a valuable life skill, please sent him a message via the Network or go and see him in person.

An early announcement because I just finished testing the menu and I hate sitting on good news. Hopefully this will fuel some anticipation.

St. Patrick's day is on the 17th, which is a Saturday so the menu will start this Saturday the 10th. So, be ready for 8 days of goodness... and no, it's not all going to be green.

I have officially taken every quiz going in those stupid magazines.

I know what Love Actually character I am, what my favourite food says about my sex life, which Harry Potter character I'm most likely to end up with (Draco, it's always Draco), how emotionally healthy my (non) relationship is and if I were a cocktail, what cocktail I would be.

I'm legit missing my book collection dudes.

If I need to read another magazine with shitty sex tips I might scream.

I appreciate you all coming to your designated training slots and working as hard as you have been. I know that it's tough moving to a new handler and I'm aware that I can be a little stricter than what you might have been used to.

I'm going to be switching things up a bit and looking to try and pair some of you off with other members from different teams. In a mission situation, you'll not likely be with your entire team so I'd like to make sure that you get exposure to the other teams and how they work. I'll be working with other handlers to make sure that our schedules align and these sessions should take the place of our regular Thursday team slot.

Next week, however, I'm cancelling all training so you guys get a week off. We'll pick up training again week commencing 5th March.
