I fell behind after the fat cats in D.C. decided they needed me to go be their golden girl again for a month. Bureaucrat hell. Do not recommend.

If you think this one would be willing to work with me, I'll keep her. I just want her initial assessment to be with someone a little more positive and a little less, well... me.

I've finally touched base with Nicolette Ashford, per Mr. Deacon's contact.

I'm sorry that I failed to inform you about this, Scott, but she has skipped three different sessions prior to my dropping in on her Sunday night. I don't think this is her being intentionally defiant so much as she chooses to try to address her problems on her own. She rescheduled each missed session and I wanted to give her enough space to feel comfortable, but two weeks is plenty of time. I have arranged a new meeting for assessment after lunch today and I believe she won't miss this one. If she does, I will make sure you know immediately. I expect her to comply or learn the results of her noncompliance.

MY NOTES will always be available in her file for our team and her handler. While I do believe that every patient has the right to privacy, I feel that leaving her handler out of the loop when it could affect an agent's safety is a bad choice. My notes will be updated with anything else I discover during her assessment.

That being said, is anyone here more versed in phobias and anxiety than I am? My specialty is trauma due to the manifestation of abilities, but anxiety itself is a whole other monster. If there is anyone who is better with anxiety disorders than I am, I yield to you. I have no real world experience with the treatment of phobias and, though she's never stated this to be a true phobia, I feel like her childhood fear may also be compounding the issue. The recent shift of agents and handlers coinciding with her anxiety may also be one of her triggers, but I'll know more once we sit down and have a good session. She's a woman of few words so I hope I can get more out of her than "yes, ma'am."

Two of my new agents, Francis and Josiah Taylor are apparently related. Siblings, estranged. They have both asked for transfers from the team, siting the inability to work with the other. I think it might be good for them to talk and be evaluated on this matter. As you know the higher ups tend to have plans when assigning teams and don't always listen when the request for transfers are made. And regardless if a transfer is approved, as you know it doesn't negate the fact they may still have to work with each other in the future so sorting out their issues can only be beneficial from my perspective.

I've been reviewing my notes from my last session with Syreni Jones. I would like to suggest that, due to her lack of childhood socialization, she be assigned to spend time with agents who could help her with these skills she's missing. So far, she has mentioned very few names who don't belong to the group that has been labeled the "outsiders" by the administration.

I've been searching through agent files for personalities that might help her. A list is as follows:

I was recently made aware of the growing tensions between a handful of the younger agents within the facility. I thought I'd reach out to everyone and see if we can put our heads together about how we can get through this as a team. I don't want to single each agent out as that would probably take months to schedule and work out. Ideas?

I was considering that we could each tackle the ones who started the latest incident and then radiate out from there. I've been contacted by Syreni Jones' handler to speak to her myself, but there were others involved in this incident that may also need to be addressed.

Divide and conquer? That technique has worked in the past for world powers. Surely it can work for us.

Dr Romero,

I'm not sure if you're aware of recent events however since that interaction both myself and Handler Cohen have been approached by Syreni claiming that she was the instigator.

This was quite obviously a lie due to a private exchange between herself and another friend of Sandy's whereby he told her to change her story and make it her fault.

My concern is how easily she was manipulated and also how the fear of losing Scotty was seemingly enough for her to buckle and admit that she was the one at fault. I do think she would benefit from seeing somebody with considerable more skill than myself at navigating psychological issues which have definitely come to the forefront.

I've attached her case file to this communication but let me know if you have any questions.

I understand that you're assigned to Limbo as the mental health professional and as I wasn't present when you arrived I was hoping to discus with you a number of my Agents that I feel would benefit from your services.

To be exact:

Tamsin Toledo - Member of the Outsiders who are primarily quite an isolationist group with very strong bonds to one another but not many other people. Tamsin struggles to sleep alone and seems to have a high codependency on Cassidy. I suspect the same can't be said for Cassidy which is why he's not been put forward for therapy.

Cameron Crossgrove - The other link in the bond to one Princeton Jagger (who I understand is currently under your care) and I believe Cameron would benefit from the same. She has spoke of a bond and struggling to be at her best without Princeton. I have for the time being allowed them to spend their nights with one another as I know from speaking to Cameron that nightmares are keeping Princeton up which is in turn keeping her awake

Sterling Hunter - New arrival from super max prison with an extemely turbulent past and long history of violence. He would definitely benefit from being kept under close supervision and ongoing evaluation

Mason Matthews - Mason has thus proven to be very aggressive and volatile, as shown by his recent spate of fights over the network. His file immediately flags him as being at risk of reoffending and I'm hoping that he might be able to work out some of his issues if he's given a safe confidential environment to air any and all grievances or thoughts he might have. Not to mention the fact he has also found out that his twin is in the same facility as himself

Tony Quinn - I understand that Tony is already under your remit and I was hoping to obtain an update and whether or not you have anything that you feel is pertinent to share so I can better support him going forward?

This has gone on long enough. So, first thing, not sure if it’s written down or anything but Jag and I have a psychic bond. A really strong psychic bond. We feel what the othe does, hear their thoughts, etc. I assume by now you know that something happened and knocked him out... because I also passed out. Felt like getting hit by a semi. Anyway, I know that Jag hasn’t been sleeping because of nightmares. We both haven’t. He may not want help, but maybe there is something we can do. Just be warned, he’s stubborn and prideful about it.

I'm sure many of you know this by now, but Handler Eric Hawthorne has been demoted to agent status after the discovery of him being a super. I'm not going to treat him with any special treatment but rather asking you all to join me in making sure he's caught up with how our team operates.
