As I'm sure you're aware of by now there was an explosion in the gym earlier when somebody lost control of their powers. I am happy to inform you that nobody was hurt and the destruction was limited to the floor housing the gym equipment and whilst some items could be saved I am regretful to inform you that the floor is pretty much gone.

I'm told repairs will be quick so it shouldn't be out of action for too long but in the meantime if you need any help or suggestions on how you can work on your personal training then let me know.

As expected there's going to be a lot of stuff on the network about this incident but I hope you would all know better than listen to hearsay and rumours. If you want the God's honest truth then come to me directly and I'll be happy to fill you in.

As you are aware there have been some changes in the teams and as a result we've lost some people and gained others so I wanted to touch base before we got too far along in the shuffle up.

I'd like to firstly welcome Derek and Jamie to the team, if you have any questions or concerns then my door is open.

As for the others who remain with me glad to have you and I have updated the training schedule to take into account our new members.

Going from all hours of your day being filled to having a lot of free time is a little strange to get used to.

Hi, I was wondering if I gave you a list of books would you be able to order them in braille for me, please? And the shop doesn't stock any kind of dog food... can we look to fix that because I can't rightly feed my dog human food. She'll get sick.

I really need one for when the sky's dumping a month's worth of water on our heads. Better that than trying to wring my hair out after having completed an unnecessarily slow walk back from the canteen to my room.
