We have been getting reports from three facilities that there has been an unusual amount of increased superhuman activity and sightings. This has been focused primarily around South Korea, Japan, and China, but has spread to Europe, Russia, and parts of the US. We have reason to believe that these incidents may be connected. In the course of attempting to apprehend one of these pockets of supers, agent Buckley Kirby was eliminated. Reports indicate that the fugitives from that encounter have gone into hiding on Honolulu.

We are looking for volunteers to investigate the source(s) of these groups of supers. I also have some assignments with high profile targets for those willing to get their hands dirty.
