I've been doing a little experimenting with the plants from back home. Things I was working on before I left or had been trying in school when everything went to hell got bad. And I've managed a few of the more simple potions and some pretty strong herbal poultices.

I know we've got a really great medical team, but if anyone prefers a more alternative medicine or if your system doesn't handle Earth or human medicine, I can try and help. No guarantees, I guess, since it isn't an exact science or anything, especially with the more complicated bodies, but if it can help, I have to offer.

My "other" is writing a self-help book. I found a half-done manuscript in "his" apartment. This is by far the most ridiculous thing I've ever read. "Conflict resolution is simple and easy. Step 1: Hit them. Step 2: If they fall, you win. Step 3: If not, repeat step 1 until they do." It isn't a hard concept!

I have to admit, the more I read about other people's experiences, the more nervous I am about this camp thing.
