Well this certainly isn't where I expected to end up today. In fact this is probably the last place I expected to end up.

Does anybody know anything about this place that they'd care to share with me? I find it hard to believe nobody knows how we ended up here or how we get back.

So early this morning I'm about 95% sure I was able to see heat signatures like I was looking through a scope but hey, I didn't have a scope as I was headed to feed Nik.

At least this will make night archery a bit easier. Once I figure out how to turn it on and off.

I'm thinking of getting a job while I wait for the Youth Center to be built. Any displaced businesses hiring?

I was going to say I guess I'm not in Kansas anymore but I am so that ruined that joke.

Anyone care to explain how I wound up in this graveyard and how I go about getting back home?

Okay, so I might have a bit of a reputation back home. Probably not the best reputation, what with me being wanted for breaking a few rules here and there, but a reputation nonetheless.

So I thought - hey! New universe. No other me, besides my good looking friend Damon here. Maybe this alternate universe thing does have some perks in the shape of a clean slate.

I think something's up with my eyes...

This is weirdly reminiscent of arriving. Apart from the fact that I'm wearing the exact thing I went to sleep in. And there are a bunch of other people here.

If upon my arrival you were to tell me that in three years I would have survived through all of the Seal's temper tantrums I would have laughed in your face. I would have argued that the odds of us surviving and rebuilding were not in our favor. But now I sit here in awe of how wrong I would have been.

Though we may have our differences from time to time we have shown that we can all come together when we need to. The earthquake destroyed many of our homes and the memories within them. But together we were able to begin to rebuild what was lost. And now we can finally begin to pick up the pieces and look towards the future.

As I am sure many of you have noticed the construction on our new community has been finished. I have been assured that the security system is up and running. We have even finished moving displaced residences inside the gates. And I have personally made sure that all of the magical wards are working as they are intended to.

So, it is with great pleasure that I welcome all of you to attend our opening ceremony. There will be food, drink, and I hope speeches from others involved. But above all else I hope that you all will enjoy yourselves and be proud of what we've accomplished. I look forward to seeing all of you there.

I guess I woke up on the good side of the Seal this morning.

Has there been much research yet into why the Seal has been so active recently?

My name is Danni Quee, I just arrived and I've got a question or two or three, but they'll wait till I'm a bit more familiar with the terrain, I suppose. In the meantime, I truly cannot sleep - I suppose galaxy jumping would do that for you.

What is the most useful piece of advice you can give me about settling in here? And is anyone here a scientist? I'm curious if there is any use for my astronomy knowledge here where the stars look all different.

So the plans for the new Youth Center are being drawn up, and while we don't have as many displaced kids here as we used to I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for improvements they'd like to see since we all make use of it for community functions sometimes. Just keep in mind it's still going to be roughly the same size as before, so we can't add on too much more. I've also talked to the kids who are going to be coming back when it's rebuilt, so they had ideas too which we're going to try and incorporate. But it's looking like, barring any really big complications, it should be finished being rebuilt end of October or beginning of November.
