As of right now there are a whole lot of people sick in the complex. I think that everyone knows to take precautions, but I just want to put this up to remind everyone and set down some dos and don'ts.

Do:
-Wash your hands frequently/use hand sanitizer
-Take vitamins if you are not sick
-Drink plenty of liquids and eat
-Cover your mouth/nose when you cough or sneeze
-Take your temperature before coming in, if you have a fever you should absolutely come in and you are more than likely contagious
-Ask questions if you need to
-Use Lysol and other products like it

Don't:
-Share drinks or food with anyone right now
-Think just because you don't normally get sick that you won't now
-Wait too long to come to the medbay if you are feeling sick
-Doctor yourself at home if the symptoms are bad
-Get close to anybody that is showing obvious symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, sniffling, or vomiting
-Think just because you're not exhibiting a 'normal' symptom that you are fine
