All of this almost makes me miss home and considering what that has in store --

Is it just me, or are the vampires around here way more dramatic than the ones back home? I think maybe we should start up some kind of database so we can track who they all are and what kinds of weaknesses they have. Like, does holy water even work on vampires from Rebekah's world? Or Hal's? Are they from the same world? You know, that kind of stuff. So if we need to act at some point, we at least know what works and what doesn't.

So...I don't know about anyone else but this whole thing is making me kind of antsy.

What should we be doing here? Because it feels like we should be doing something.

If anyone can related to not being a fan of the Originals, specifically Klaus it's me. But what they're saying is true. It's fucking hard to kill them. Not only that but when the Original dies everyone in their bloodline they've made dies too. So if Klaus dies, Vicki, Anna, Caroline and Stefan will die as an example. Just a heads up.

But back home we had a plan to contain Klaus. We were going to dump him in the deepest part of the Atlantic ocean. Just a thought. Didn't hear it from me.

Has anyone heard from Anya lately? She's been quiet, what I know from her is that isn't a good thing.I think Anya's gone.

Is anyone super good at Latin that wouldn't mind a study session? I'm pretty much awful and I think I'm getting everything all jumbled up.

Ever since I got the wish money windfall a couple years back, I've been stockpiling weapons and supplies in a bunker under the Roadhouse. It's got more than one room and in one of them we can put the kids and those who can't fight when all this goes down so hopefully they'll make it out. I've got enough weapons for a small militia down there, as well as various other supplies, so people can start coming by today to gear up. We may not know when things are going to happen, but it's obvious it's coming fast, so we need to prepare, look out for one another, and stick together.

There's also a chance that supernatural activity may pick up while all this is going on, so keep your eyes open and your amulets on.

ETA: Scratch that - we can use the Roadhouse as an HQ if needed, but the kids and all should go to Ruby & Sam's.

Please tell me that the man down there claiming to be Death is actually a madman with far too much time on his hands.

It isn't someone's death that Death is seeking. He's seeking someone's life.

I believe he wants to switch places with someone. Whether it's temporary or permanent I don't know.

I don't know if this really applies to the werewolves here or not, but Death has instructed me to tell all the vampires here not to speak to him. He said it was a warning.

I'm glad I was busy at camp when the bulk of the 'to sacrifice or not to sacrifice' debate happened. It's exactly the kind of stupid thing I would've volunteered myself for, if I was innocent enough. Or as the one performing the sacrifice instead, since I'm not. Honestly, as much as I enjoy taking crazy risks to save the world, I don't think it's wise to let someone give their life without a lot more information. Which is a problem, because Death doesn't seem to be a fan of keeping people well-informed. Kinda seems like his instructions were intentionally vague, you know?

By the way, if anyone wants to practice their combat skills outside of classes, I'm available. If you're not used to fighting creatures with supernatural strength, it's a really good idea to get as much practice as you can. Just thought I'd offer in case anyone doesn't have a training buddy yet.

I'm not even sure how I could ever repay you for potentially saving her life, but if you ever need anything, let me know. Anything, I mean it. I could cook you dinner? I'm told I'm a surprisingly good cook. Granted, that was about my scrambled eggs, but it would've sounded weird if I offered to make you breakfast.

Perhaps I'm mistaken but if there's a 'war' going on, why doesn't it seem we're fighting it? Clarification would be appreciated.

You guys know Cordelia Chase, right? The girl who's been getting visions about local demons?

Well, those visions are killing her. Literally. In our dimension, only demons are capable of handling visions -- if a human gets them long enough, they'll destroy her brain. She was made part-demon to fix that, but she got sent here from before that, and the guy who did it isn't here, and... she could be months, even weeks, away from a coma or death right now. Maybe less.

Is there anyone here who can heal people? Not just the pain but the physical damage too? Or if anybody can think of any other solutions. Is it even possible for a human to become part-demon here? Safely, I mean.

And please don't tell her about this. She knows what the visions are doing to her, but she doesn't exactly like talking to other people about it. I've been trying to respect her privacy, but I can't just sit back and let her die. I can't lose her.

I was going to do this nice post about the shopping trip today, but instead I'm posting about a really painful vision. Human sized. Big claws. Weird third eye in the middle of the forehead. Lots of blood. I don't think these things die easy. More than one. It's going to attack a couple walking down Riverside Drive in the next ten minutes. Maybe less.

Okay, I'm a little confused. Did Wolfram & Hart send me here? And if so, why? I'm pretty sure they don't have a branch in Kansas.

Not that I'm complaining if they decided to give me a vacation from Casper here, but... feels like I should be doing more than typing on my BlackBerry and trying to figure out why nobody in LA will answer my damn calls. Can I fire Eve? This seems like the kind of thing I should be able to fire her for.

So Tuesday's my 20th birthday. I think i want to fly out of the country, since I've never been. Anyone want to come with me? I'll cover all the costs and stuff.

We have a treaty with the people here, in that we're safe, we're Anti Apocalypse and we don't kill for food. I'm not gonna say I'm a saint that'll never feed from the vein but I don't kill. I don't hurt for the hell of it.
