I have a new house guest.. I think?
If anyone sees an adorable blue tinted yipping fox like thing, with a ruby horn... his name is Carbuncle. He's very friendly, and he's a messenger god from my world. He's supposed to be attached to Noctis, and I'm not sure why he's here with me.

He likes these things called Cheez-Its I found through the doors, and also most snacks and meat.
Very friendly and likes to be pet. But don't be surprised if he just appears out of nowhere next to you. He... does that.

Stabbed in my door jamb was my missing kukri that I lost before I came here during a fight.

I suppose I should have done this yesterday when I arrived but I was too busy trying to figure out how I got here. I'm Luke Skywalker and the little guy with me is Artoo Detoo. He's a droid and he can do a lot of things to help with rebuilding and stuff.

My fellow dimensionally marooned, in the effort of conducting research on the commonalities of our disappearance and eliminating down to the lowest common denominator, would all those willing please disclose the circumstances surrounding the time of your disappearance? What was happening in those moments in your life, perhaps even the world on a macro scale if you are so informed.

Sharing your story can absolutely be private, I understand completely. Please be assured that, as a doctor, I hold confidentiality in the highest regard. The only reason I ask is to examine why we were affected. I believe there may be parallel congruencies that left our realities and us, as individuals, all vulnerable to dimensional bleed at the time in which we were taken.

In the effort of transparency and fairness, I will share my own story. Scientific fascists had just invaded Earth and almost succeeded in wiping out every last trace of magic. My librarian and I defeated them and began to foster the rebirth of magic in reality 616. I decided to take a sabbatical to recover while it regrew when I found myself here.

Would anyone be interested in some kind of neighbourhood watch set up? We're all concentrated in one place, leaves a pretty big area going unsupervised.

Well if anyone gets hold of those chickens we've at least got a coop for them. Also some kind of weird seabird that turned up and tried to nest in the shield, so, there's that.

So I finally stopped messing around and started pulling apart my hyperdrive, that means I'll be draining the hypermatter. I didn't anticipate this being an issue since I couldn't power it up even before my less than conventional landing, I expected it to be empty since all the rest of my fuel vanished but it looks like I have about half a cup left.

Anyway, for those who don't know, hypermatter has a reputation for being unstable. I'm not interested in blowing anybody up so I'm out here next to my crash site. If you happen to see a bright blue light and then an explosion, just remember I died trying to help the group and that I wouldn't mind a statue in my honor.

There should be more of a welcoming part than a note with directions to a room. Also, the directions are assuming people follow directions well.

My name is Carol Danvers. I'm still new here and working out the communications systems. From what I can tell, I don't recognize anyone from my universe (I'm guessing that's how we're referring to where we all come from?). I'm still getting a feel for this place, but in the meantime, I figure it would be good to know who everyone is and what we are all doing around here. Plus, it might be good to know if anyone else is from my part of the multi-dimensional sphere.

You see, what happened was, is that Kate and I kinda stole an espresso machine from what might or might not have been France? It was heavy. Anyway. We've picked out one of those little open shops to the side there, and we'd very much like to open COFFEE. the very first coffee shop or shop at all in Starklandia.

Problematically, we kinda need some help with like. Electricals. And plumbing. It's important.

Alright citizens of Starklandia (name pending, uncertain I want to take credit for this place), I think it's time for an official style check in. There's definitely more people here now than when I showed up and having an official head count might be wise.
