Great news! Prospero and Mrs. Acuña agreed to help us with a costume crafting construction night. We only have a few more weeks! When works best for those of y’all who’d like to be involved?

Are we taking dates to the Halloween dance this year?

Wing. For my Halloween costume I need bullets. Lots of them. Big shotgun ones. Maybe some rifle ones too. The bigger the better.

This is perfectly in the rules. Mostly My guns will be nonfunctional. Mostly Won't even really look like guns. Mostly Look, I have the foam for them already and the bullets aren't for the guns, just accessories. I can make them out of foam too but they won't look right and that is a hell of a lot more work when I also need to make a zap gun.

One thing I do miss about home is family all throwing in their lot together for things like Halloween, hanging out, yelling at each other in Italian... the closest thing is hearing Mrs Acuna when she's speaking Spanish at tutoring and that's nothing like the same. At least it's a lovely sounding language, though.
