Honesty? Up until now, I've believed that I've been perfectly honest with everyone...

[Uaine's voice is quiet.]

[the wisp makes a slight 'eep' noise]

I've been thinking, turning over a question in my mind. As I've come to no good end, I put it to you: where, do you think, is the difference between fae and human? What makes us different and yet so similar?

You know, I'm beginning to understand why some people seem ready to spit hairballs after these little "events" over the course of the night. Granted, I'm generally amused and don't mind these diversions, but this time, I'll express a mild discontentment. I've much preferred our previous amusements.

You know, I have always- and this might be my half-baked, human pudding mind talking here- but I have always wondered how the outside of the castle relates to the inside of the castle. Like take for instance you're on the roof. What room are you sitting over? Is it different for everyone in the castle? Say, if somebody rapped on a shingle-

Would you only hear that sound in one room? Or would it be possible for two people in another room to hear that sound and think it was coming from opposite directions? [knocks again] Questions, questions.

In any case, there's one hell of a view up here.

[The voice is definitely male, however it rings with a feminine touch, proper and the edge of panic threaten to surge through in flaring octaves as the pitch adjusts.]

We must all remain calm. Yes, indeed. Calm and collected and surely this isn't so bad. Yes? There have been worse games, one cannot forget the asexual experiment a few centuries ago. I still cannot get the images of spores out of my head.

Nonetheless, would any of the switched mortals care for some clothing to adjust? I am quite certain that the new gentleman would prefer some slacks befitting their new hipless figures, and the now ladies some gravitational support. Some tea, perhaps?

So does this thing happen often? Like one minute you're eating a fruit tart and then suddenly you go from having a vagina to having the most awkward food boner ever?

[His voice is light and playful. It starts out a bit mumbly, as if he doesn't expect anyone to be listening, but then becomes clear enough.]

Ha... Didn't know the mic was hot, as the humans would say. Guess I ought to take this opportunity to ask how y'all are doing. So... how y'all doing? If you're interested, I'm having a grand time. And if you're not, you obviously haven't tried the prosciutto, goat cheese and fig jam canapés. To die for. I should just glue them to my ass now and save my body some time and trouble. C'est la vie.

Enchanted masks? I really should stop getting distracted so early on at the ball. I miss everything fun.
