WEEK CHANGE
Week Sixteen & Seventeen - Sunday to Saturday
Month: Third & Fourth Weeks in May (16th to 29th), Sunday to Saturday

Week Sixteen:
Most of the citizen of Sundance have settled into the new life in Sundance. As nothing really has occurred yet with the Jackals having moved into town, most of the citizens are considering them as less and less of a threat and are even feeling freer to visit the Jackal territory for trade and socializing. There are still some who are not so excited by their presence. These are mostly those in positions of power that know what it would have taken to get rid of the Lions, and they are not believing the stories that the Leaders ran off. Those at the tops of tribes, especially in the Wolves Tribe are wary, but are trying to not let their fears cloud the peace of the time they are in and so are keeping their suspicions hush, hush.
Week Seventeen:
As this week dawns, there is only one thing on everyone's mind.... TOWEL PARTY*. Towel Day is celebrated on May 25th in tribute to Douglas Adams, author of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. It was a holiday brought back to life by Libby of the Wolves, but is has descended a bit into the hedonistic side. The day is marked by the book being read at the library, and then the Towel Party at the Market, during which every piece of clothing must be made of of towels, which does keep Nova busy with her sewing machine for all of Week Sixteen. Later in the week, the citizens are recovering from the party and with the stormy weather many aren't venturing too far from home.
* Just a reminder that both of the group events, the reading and the towel party, will be group threads started by the mods. If your character is going to attend then they will need to post there only.
