Is this how time normally passes? Slow?

I don't like it.

Is there anything that needs to be done? Well yes, the obvious is the fixing of reality and time and space in order to send you all back where you want to go and stay completely safe, but that's being worked on and I have plenty of time to wait until my instruments are up to par for such a duration.

So, what's the likelihood of actually getting a job in my field around here? Can't say I've ever looked into what it would require to transfer a medical license to the United States; I never really planned on leaving England.
