So, anyone up for some kind of girl's night?

So this week there is the first weekend of the Christmas carnivals and craft fairs in Smallville. Usually there's hay rides and ice skating along with tons of music and lights. Some of the local bands play and the choirs all come out for caroling. There's something going on every weekend until Christmas.

If anyone wants to go I'll be happy to help make arrangements.

Why yes I did hang lights on just about every inch of the apartment. There might be eggnog made the proper way as well.

It looks like I'm going to be here for a while and I was wondering if your offer was still on the table. Or even if Queen Industries had or you owned something I could rent? Signing a lease seems a little like overkill, but it'd be nice to have a comfortable bed to go home to at dawn.

Should we attend?

As some of you know and some of you might not, we celebrate Thanksgiving this Thursday. Some of us locals decided to throw together a typical Thanksgiving party for everyone that got pulled here.

Regardless of whether you celebrate it or not, everyone is welcome to come. There will be a lot of food and it might be a good opportunity to meet new people.

We're meeting up around 11AM on the 22nd floor.

The traditional food we're providing are turkey, mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce, stuffing and pumpkin pie. If anyone wants to bring anything, you're more than welcome to, traditional or not.

We'll also have music, video games and TVs for entertainment. It should go without saying that even those of you residing outside of Watchtower are welcome to come, you will just need to be with a resident to come in, so let me or one of the others know when you arrive.

ETA: I forgot to mention, we're thinking of doing a secret santa for Christmas, again regardless of religion or if you celebrate it or not, a gift exchange should be nice for everyone. We can stipulate a low price rule so it doesn't get too complicated.

It looks like it's going to snow and my mom is home from Washington. Now it feels like the holidays.

I have been considering finding employment once I have fully recovered, but I am not sure what I am suited for. I have only trained to lead and fight to bring glory to Rome.

I saw a little girly with a pink balloon tonight. She cried so beautifully when I popped it.

I hope we're still on for Thanksgiving. Mom said unless something really wild happens they will recess on Friday for the holiday so expect a mountain of food.

I don't suppose there are any plans for a proper Thanksgiving here, are there? We don't celebrate it in either England, but I reckoned it might be kind of nice to give it a go. It could also do a bit in the way of boosting morale for people who won't have their families around to spend it with this year.

Too soon to suggest a scary movie marathon?

Sheldon's gonna kill me for even suggesting it, but...Christmas movies? Thanksgiving is, like, next week. If I'm going to be stuck here through the holidays, I'm gonna need some extra cheer. Bucketloads of it.

I've seem to have hit a snag with my...dining arrangements. The lovely Russian woman who was so kindly donating me her blood found a way to tell her partner. Guy named Clint Barton. I need to lay low for a while so I don't get a piece of wood in my heart but would you be willing to handle him?
