She's got some serious scamper for a tiny person carrying a bazooka.]

[Trudging out of the dorm with a clean sheet and a basket under one arm. He lays it out on the ground, then starts setting out the following items... sleep berries and miscellaneous herbs, pieces of scrap wood, a makeshift bow and arrow and a few pieces of jerky. And then he stares.]

[The call to the arena is that of a lone note, spreading throughout the cavern.

Inside the arena, instead of the usual sand and buildings, you find yourself on a peninsula with the throne upon it. Eight boats, nothing more then canoes with canons upon the bows, rest on the sand, as well as eight roped off changing areas. The Dude sits upon the throne, conch in his lap and surfboard in hand.

The air is hot and humid: there is fog, covering the water. You can't see more then ten feet in front of you, once you get away from shore.]

Ahh . . . this really does seem a little strange, but . . .

[While not quite the same kind of rumble as an earthquake, there's definitely something happening south of the dorms today; something that almost sounds like a small explosion, to those familiar with such things.

Following shortly after is the most curious thing — a cloud that billows from the explosion's epicentre, travelling out and around before dissipating. But not dust and debris . . . in fact, any even moderately close example will tell you it's damp.

. . . and . . . warm?

Investigation further south will reveal what was once a rather unremarkable gully. Now, it's filled with a furor of activity as blanks (most in purple) and giant ants work together, raising walls around the densest patch of steam, manoeuvring beams into place for the roof. For so much preparation, the event itself barely takes more than a few hours, leaving a wooden structure where there was none before.

And inside? Inside, my fine fellows, is a little slice of paradise.]
