[The advantage to walking through a river, really, is that between the water and Yayoi's healing, most of ~~what would make Howl feel faint~~ the worst of it is well washed off before she even rounds the point back to the dorm.

The disadvantage, of course, is walking through a river after being stabbed and nearly dying isn't really fun at all. And by the time she's back at the dorm door, doom game or not, bed seems like an excellent option. Right after she leans against this wall. Just for a moment.]
