"...The world has been taken by surprise this week with the return of a soldier long thought gone. Sergeant Timothy Bertram was only thirty-two years old when he and three other members of his unit were taken prisoner. Four years later, Sergeant Bertram was finally rescued. There had been talks of a potential swap for the Sergeant, but no set plans had been released to the public. An official for the Pentagon made this statement during this press conference
"...Master Sergeant Bertram was found on the outskirts of a town in the Middle East. As of yet, we are not sure if he escaped or was released, but no swap was made to release him into our custody. What only matters as of this moment is that he has finally been brought home."
Sergeant Bertram is currently being held at the United States army base in New York. He has not been available for comment, but we here at the network will be covering this story as it unfolds.
