Detective Gavin James of the NYPD has been accused and charged with murder of the first degree. Why? Because he had the audacity to speak out against Det. One of Charleston's own bent partners is one of the witnesses putting James at the scene the night of the murder – friends and neighbors have given James an alibi, yet the DA is still prosecuting. The DA has turned his back against one of the most honorable detectives of the city. James has taken bullets to defend its citizens, yet this is how the city he's bled for has chosen to repay him. Detective Gavin James is guilty of nothing except demanding justice on behalf of the victims of Charleston's corruption. Detective Gavin James is an innocent man.
