New York Fashion Week - I'm so grateful for my team of designers who've helped me pick up the slack while I've been away. Thank you for the condolences for my father's death - it hasn't been easy, so I appreciate it so much. This show was done in his memory.

I have to say thanks to everyone who volunteered at the soup kitchens over the holidays. It meant a lot and we broke our records for the number of meals we served to those less fortunate. It might sound odd, but I really can't imagine spending Christmas anywhere else than with those folks who are so grateful just to have a roof over their heads and a warm meal for one night.

It's always nice to go into the office during break. A lot of the justices take weeks off for christmas which means that there's no trials or court appearances. Of course, tomorrow everything goes back to normal.

At least the crime seems to have momentarily quieted down as well, apart from the yearly credit card leaks which I can't do anything about.

Natasha, remember how you told me during our spa date that I ought to help the Avengers out by using my shrinking ability for surveillance and what-not? I want to take you up on that offer and become an Avenger. I know you can use my skill set. I'm responsible and able to work as part of a team.

I came over to the Avengers Tower today to talk to Tony about joining the Avengers and you know what he did? He was a real jackass and told me I wasn't worthy, that nobody trusted me and that I had to get up at six in the morning for some sort of bullshit test where I had to run his stupid little gambit to somehow prove I was a team player. I told him that I wanted to speak to either you or Steve, and he just laughed in my face!

I'd like an interview, please. With somebody who isn't Tony, and who isn't so biased against me.

A few notes for all of you who, despite some really weird predilections, are doing great. Just really great. Please keep up the greatness, and please keep these notes in mind. I just really want you to think about all the people you're living with.

Despite the fact that you all have a kitchen in your apartment areas, you seem to really like using the galley/meeting space. I'm really moved by the way you work together, and apparently eat together. But it's also important to note that you need to clean up after yourself. And in that vein: person who is leaving the bread uncovered, I know who you are. Some of us don't have super-sized immune systems and would prefer to not eat mold.

Try to refrain from seeing if you can stick refrigerator magnets on James Barnes' arm. That's really gauche and if it happens, I'm going to find you and we will have a very serious talk about your lack of respect for your fellow residents.

While I'm sure everybody likes Nikki Minaj, we don't like it at 3:00 AM booming through the intercom. I've asked JARVIS to root out the source of this music, and if you come to me first, it might actually end up saving time. Which? Nice.
