The party is held at The Black Pearl, an affluent Seattle bar and nightclub. On his own that night, the essence of Walter Mitty sits in the corner of the main bar, sipping his drink and not engaging with any of the other guests. He spends the evening dreaming up all the different costumes he might wear, all the different people he might be, and all the adventures he might embark upon at a party like this one. All these escapades stay entirely in his mind, of course, but his absorption with them began to leech out to saturate The Black Pearl and the area beyond in possibility and change, warping the physical presence of the place itself along with everyone inside it.

[The warping effects of Walter Mitty will begin to take effect as guests grow closer to the building, strengthening with proximity. Once the full change has taken place, all party guests will remain in their changed state until sunup.
If your character decides to leave the party, they may do so, but keep in mind that the effects of the party will not fade until dawn. Please keep any threads that go outside the party in the party post itself - just put in your subject heading where your character is going in case someone decides to follow them.
If you think your character would make a forum post or text someone, you may feel free to post to the main community. Just keep in mind that this plot is time stopped. So no posts outside the time frame of the party will be permitted until the close of the event, unless they are backdated. Any posts made to the forums should be under the effects of the party. If a character should contact someone not attending, the character not attending will not be affected
