Checking to make sure that no one was around Coraline moved her hand from where she had been scratching the young mutt behind the ear to his injured leg. There was a faint glow around her hand and after a moment she moved her hand away the dog perking up as she did. Testing the formally injured leg the pup barked happily when it discovered there was no pain. He pranced around a bit, tail wagging happily before he settled back into Cora's lap. Cora smiled and pet the young dog, ignoring the new pain in her arm. It was worth it she thought. There wasn't much she could do at the moment with her powers. She hoped she could find a way to help more people but at the moment helping these animals was the best she could do. Leaning against the wall Cora decided now would be a wonderful time to take her break.
