RISE AND SHINE, MY BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE!! IT'S THE FIRST DAY OF CLASSES!! THE EASIEST SCHOOL DAY OF THE YEAR!!

Also, can I just say that my schedule is flawless this year? I only have to wake up really early two days of the week, but I can go back to bed after Charms on Wednesdays because MY WHOLE SCHEDULE IS FREE. Then on Thursday, I wake up and have lunch for breakfast and then I get to kick around in dirt all day.

I dreamt that I was eating a taco salad and now I'm awake and the fact that I can't have a taco salad for breakfast is a GODDAMN CRIME.

So I found my turtle Ted in my first class today. She seems okay. I mean, she's a turtle, it's hard to tell? Maybe I should get her checked out?

Thanks to everyone who helped me look for her this weekend, hopefully this doesn't happen again. I might put a blinker on her shell or something just in case. But yeah, everyone who offered to help, just wanted to say thanks.

Have y'all ever been to a McDonald's? I went there for the first time this summer and I have to say it was pretty darn good! Could eat about a million of those chicken nugget things. Don't know if it's better than King Tut's Wiener Hut in Olympus, but it's pretty up there.

It's also pretty darn good not to have class Monday morning.

Anyone want to see if we can get some time on the pitch before tryouts? Maybe have a friendly game amongst ourselves? Or maybe we could invite everyone for some pickup?

I scored on the timetable lottery. No Monday classes. No classes after 2pm on Tuesday, or 12 on Friday. Thursday ends with outdoor exploration and Wednesday doesn't start till after lunch yet still ends at four. But I will lounge around this Monday till Archery.

I had an excellent day despite the attempts made by small, inconsequential people to undermine that.

What are the qualifications for becoming a Quidditch captain anyhow? Because certain individuals within their ranks make it sound like the bar's fairly low.

It's just cruel to have Astronomy Monday night and a class first thing Tuesday morning.
