Wintersend is a day celebrating renewal and ultimately hope. It is fitting, then, to announce today that the negotiations regarding military aid from the Orlesian Empire and the Tevinter Imperium have reached their end, and the armies will march to the Minanter beginning tomorrow. To all who are reading this, whether Nevarran citizens or visitors to our nation, I say that together with the Grey Wardens and the combined military might of the continent, we will vanquish this threat and bring peace to all.
