Our thanks to all who aided in the attack last night. I am assured that the last of the trouble has been put down, and investigations as to the cause are ongoing. However, all signs at this time point to an individual who acted out of some unknown personal interest and no one sanctioned by any foreign or domestic group.

Particular thanks to the Grey Wardens and Warden Commander Frieda Ortan for deploying forces into the city and assisting with clean-up. Your quick response will not be forgotten.
