The strains of Sloop John B ring out in the ears of the select few as you are called to the arena. Now, when you enter it, the Arena has been transformed into a beach again. In the middle, by the Judge's throne, there is a table with various piles of tools and other interesting items.

In the water, there stands six rafts, each with a sail corresponding to the team's color.

What: a wild Blank appears

[So, there is a door to the dorms. It opens briefly, and a blond guy looks out. Then it shuts again.

A few minutes pass. The door opens again, and he gives the area another look. He nearly shuts the door again, but changes his mind at the last minute and steps outside instead. And sighs.]

...this is going to take a while.
