"It seems the Foreman was not responsible for taking Cornelius and Tyler. Because of this, I would like to lay down some ground rules that have been unofficial up until now:
Thistle is already aware of this, but I would like everyone to exercise caution when wandering from now on. Keep to the main lit areas when possible. If you must explore be sure to let at least two people--who aren't accompanying you--from either Delphinus or Pavo know. You should always have someone with you if you intend to explore, be it someone from the team or off it. Never explore alone."
