Everyone keeps telling me I need to take a break. See the sun. Eat more. Maybe they're right. Maybe I should give in. I keep getting told I should write more, get my feelings out, and honestly that's the only reason I am typing this now. A few lines of text and hopefully I will be able to return to my work uninterrupted.

And failing that I will turn up the volume on my collection of bag pipes CD's.
