So, this is like the videologs I gotta do for Grace, that sort of thing, right?

I've been here a couple days now, and I still don't get a lot of things. I mean I have a house, and it's mine, and that's... I don't get it. My old apartment would have fitted in the bedroom, with room to spare. And I got a garden? Ain't never had one of those before.

And all my stuff's here. From Hell's Gate and Hometree. Kinda weird, seeing them all together.

I like the food here. I like that it comes from plants and animals, it's not whatever the fuck we used to get back on Earth. It wasn't proper food. I went to a grocery store yesterday and I reckon I was there for hours, just looking at everything, it was huge. I like that. I don't get it, but I like it.

Being homesick's kinda shit. Not for Earth, for Hometree.

Had a lovely picnic dinner with my wife to be. Life is pretty good.

The pool is ordered. Planning a girl's night in for me and the munchkin, if anyone else isn't going to the game, you're welcome to join us.
