There was conversation the other day, about how there isn't a stable in town, and there is nowhere to ride. Well, that got me thinking. I'm used to being active, doing....things all the time. I'm not used to sitting around playing small town boy.

So. I took out a mortgage, and I bought an old stable that used to offer riding lessons and includes a bit of land for trails and such. It's on the outskirts of town, and once I get the property in order I will be purchasing a couple horses from the outlying farms...

So yeah. If anyone's interested in working at a locally owned stable, with a fair boss and decent pay, talk to me!

Kind of weird getting back into the swing of things here. Especially when I don't know if I could be taken away again. Guess I need to try and work on that whole...job search again.

My classroom is ready to go... I just need the students. But there's still a couple of weeks or so before school starts.

I seem to have broken my promise to myself to use this thing more than I have been. While I do love learning new things, this is perhaps a touch too foreign for myself right at this particular moment. Perhaps in time I will come to regularly check it rather in dribs and drabs as I have been so far since I have learned how to use it.

I have been using my time here to learning how to further educate myself in new subjects as well as the areas I was learning back home. Even the ones I was undertaking at home are even more advanced here which is intriguing and is therefore a pleasure to learn more things.

I am yet to have any luck finding any stables though here which is a shame. There is nothing quite like a ride during the afternoon or anytime as it is. Still I am making do here as much as I can.

Got an announcement.

After talking with my colleague and looking around town, I've decided to start my own medical practice. It's gonna take a little time to get an actual office but I want everyone to know once it's up and running it's a safe haven. I'm working on getting the supplies needed to run things out of my home for the time being. So if your condition's a bit peculiar (or you're not strictly speaking human) call me. And if you can't reach me contact Jim Kirk or Christine Chapel, they'll know where to find me.

I'll also make house calls, if the situation calls for it.
