So, this is like the videologs I gotta do for Grace, that sort of thing, right?

I've been here a couple days now, and I still don't get a lot of things. I mean I have a house, and it's mine, and that's... I don't get it. My old apartment would have fitted in the bedroom, with room to spare. And I got a garden? Ain't never had one of those before.

And all my stuff's here. From Hell's Gate and Hometree. Kinda weird, seeing them all together.

I like the food here. I like that it comes from plants and animals, it's not whatever the fuck we used to get back on Earth. It wasn't proper food. I went to a grocery store yesterday and I reckon I was there for hours, just looking at everything, it was huge. I like that. I don't get it, but I like it.

Being homesick's kinda shit. Not for Earth, for Hometree.

I have no understanding of why I am here or what caused me to arrive here a few days ago.

All I know is that the person I've loved for the majority of my life is dead and there is nothing I can do. I hope Mulan is alive. Could she be here too?

So... I got a job. It's at the day spa in town. I'm just working the counter for now, waiting on people, but they said they could train me to do some other things, if I do well.

Wow, I had a rough night, and I didn't even drink. Apparently in my disoriented state, I forgot Steve and I were neighbors, and I'm honestly still not even sure how I got to his house.
