“Trowa!” Quatre’s voice filtered through the comm. device the circus performer was wearing.

“I’ll be right there. I’m almost done with this,” he answered tightening the last screw on a hydraulic lift for one of the Maguanac mobile suits. They were only used for construction but he enjoyed tinkering with them.

“Trowa, I really think you need to come here now.”

Dropping his tools the pilot ran from the hanger. Quatre’s quietness was more compelling than any amount of excitement. In the main hall he stopped behind his partner to stare at the large television.

“War broke out today when….”

"I’m so HAPPY!”

Heero glared at Relena, hardly agreeable to his current situation. He was dressed in a tuxedo, tied to a wheelchair, and gagged. If he could only get to the sharp pin that held the insufferable floral item…

"I’ve invited everyone we know! They were all surprised that you were going to do this.”

A burst of music sounded and sweat poured down Heero’s brow. This is not happening.

"Soon I’ll be Mrs. Heero Yuy, Relena Yuy…oh ecstasy!”

Heero blanched as doors opened and strained for his hidden sidearm – only to discover it was missing.

He was doomed.

Welcome fan-writers to the Gundam 100’s first ever prompt!

 

Your prompt #1 is: Worst Case Scenario

 

Let’s face it, most of the characters in Gundam Wing have pretty dangerous “occupations”.  There are a lot of worst case scenarios out there – most which never happen, but are certainly plausible – that any one of the characters could face at any time.  Which leaves us to question, “what will they do?”

 

What if Duo’s parachute fails to open?  Can Quatre control that runaway camel?  Could Wu Fei survive a trip over a waterfall in a small boat?  Suppose that Lady Une just has a fashion emergency on Treize’s big night? Maybe Zech’s credit card is declined??  *gasp*

 

Or just use what is in the anime/canon.  For example:  Heero falling without a parachute – what’s going through his head?  Trowa wakes up drifting in the vast blackness of space or maybe Quatre can’t turn the trawler away from the sun.  Feel free to rewrite!

 

Whatever worst case scenario you choose, write about it in exactly 100 words.
