Should anyone notice a rather oily tree on the northwest side of the park I would highly recommend you simply... don't. Don't look at it, don't go up to it, and especially don't talk to it. I'll handle this one. When I work up the courage to do it.

I met the oddest woman while I was exploring outside. She seemed friendly at first, then the conversation got strange. She started talking about her family and how they were all staying in RVs. For a moment, I had this feeling that she was in my head somehow, like she was mentally urging me to ask to meet her family. Just for a second, I thought I picked up on a thought of hers too - the word steam. I think steam was very important to her. I don't know why, just left me with fear a bad feeling.

It seems like a lot of the bad shit from people's worlds is showing up here. I haven't seen it yet, but if anyone comes across anything blue and glowy, don't touch it. Don't let it touch you. And if you see anybody blue and glowy, you're gonna want to move far away very slowly. It's infectious. Only there's nothing you can do about it once it gets you. Radiation is the only thing that kills it, and that's not really great for you. Unless someone here happens to have a fusion bomb on them.

It appears that there is at least one dragon in the city. He seems to be keeping to the outskirts, but I doubt that will last for long. Should you see him circling, my best advice is to simply take cover and hope he does not notice you. It is entirely possible that it is not populated enough here for him to take any real interest in the city or the people in it. Nevertheless, exercise extreme caution. There may be others and they may not be as discriminating as he is.

I regret to inform you that we have to kill a dragon. It is better that we do it soon, so that he does not have the opportunity to settle anywhere and establish a lair. I completely understand if this is not a fight you wish to partake in - I would rather that I did not have to ask anyone at all to do this. I will not be disappointed or offended if you decline. Think of your own safety first.
For those that do wish to come: His weapon will be fire. He is especially susceptible to cold and ice. He is intelligent, but he is still a beast. Outwitting him is possible but only by a very narrow margin. It will take brute force over much else. However, I have seen him defeated twice so I have full confidence that it can be done again.
