I know one thing that always cheers me up when I'm missing people is food, so I'll be taking over the kitchen both tonight and tomorrow night making burgers, chili, and fries. Anyone who wants to is welcome to partake.

And if anyone wants to provide dessert, feel free.

So who sells here? Coke is my preferred, but I won't say no to weed, Khat, meth or E. I'll even take Ritalin at this point. Also lots of cigarettes. The hotel seems to have the alcohol covered.

Good morning, we're in the process of getting ready for the school year. I'm planning in advance, because who knows what this hotel will throw at us. So hopefully starting on August 15, we can be up and running. For this reason, we'll be using mostly the sitting room from 8:30 to 12:30. If this is a problem, let me know and I'll make other plans.

For my students, you will have your schedule soon. You will be able to pick languages and other classes, besides your core (I know in other countries you don't pick your classes, but we're using a mix of American and European).

From 3:00 to 4:00, we will have training classes. Those will be open to anyone who wants them.

Also I was thinking that for the 3:00 to 4:00 classes, you'd teach Monday through Friday, but only for those who want to. Meanwhile on the day listed, anyone can show up, sort of an open house. Thoughts? We can certainly change this since the students don't have the schedule yet.

You know, for a color called rum raisin, I expected it to be one of those lip-things that has a taste to it for when you kiss someone. Apparently, I was incorrect, and the rum raisin-ness is a lie.

On the other hand, that lasagna in the kitchen is pretty good.

Either I'm hallucinating, or there's an open door in one of the trees near the trail outside. I saw it while I was out for a run. I didn't look in there, because I'm not an idiot, but someone might want to check that out.

Maybe even with weapons.

This is a really good day.  I found a music room.  There's a harpsichord and a theremin.  The room looks like one of Hannibal's rooms. I am torn between playing the harpsichord or going to the kitchen to recreate the doughnut I had for breakfast.  Maple, bacon and delicious.  It's nice to have good options. Would anyone join me for music or baking?

Plain, with a light glaze, and a thin layer of chocolate upon its' top, fresh from the oven... all hail the majesty of the chocolate frosted doughnut - some loving God's gift to a humble man such as me.
