I can't believe it's almost December. How in the world have I been here so long?

Might actually be a decent Thanksgiving this year since I'm not spending it with my father.

This place is full of strange magic and very crazy birds. Please excuse the birds trapped in ice, but it seemed more effective than the fire.

With our numbers decreasing slightly, the patrol roster* is looking a little thin. I'm considering lengthening the shifts and adding more people per shift if we don't have an influx of new volunteers.

For those who are unaware, this is a list of volunteers willing to work patrols to help keep an eye on things in and around the hotel, and alert us if we come under an attack of some kind. You can see me, Natasha Romanoff, if you'd like to volunteer.

Additionally, I am still offering training classes in self-defense, hand-to-hand combat, various weapons combat, yoga, tai chi, and various martial arts forms. Let me know if you'd like some one-on-one training and we'll work out a schedule that works for us both.

Just curious, how often does this place get insane? People turning into their costumes, a creepy maze that could kill you, some incredibly strange looking monster going around killing people. Then, in a temper tantrum of sorts, it throws us all out of the hotel. I have no idea what to think anymore.

Is it strange to feel better now that we're on the island once more? This place feels safer, despite evidence to the contrary where Candy Land was concerned.
