Okay, not to sound all optimistic or anything, but Salem and I found what seems to be a semi-defensible position in the remnants of a convenience store. I filled up a bag with painkillers, snacks, lighters, and anything else that looked useful.

Salem has been making trips to run supplies and stuff to people, since apparently giant bugs don't do well against demonic cats, so if anyone needs anything please let us know. And if you feel like meeting up, my coordinates are X20, Y27, heading south from the hotel.

I got a couple new tarot decks for Crimma, which is awesome, and also a set that let me create one sorta from scratch, by picking the colors because apparently color symbolism is super important in tarot. I spent a lot of time with pencils, coloring, and let me tell you. It was very zen.

Me and my new deck will be flipping cards on New Years Eve if you wanna know if you're going to get laid in 2021, have any other burning questions, or just want to do a thing. On New Years Day I'll be making waffles in the ballroom, 'cause carbs help hangovers. It's science. I think.

The card I drew this morning was Queen of Swords which is like - it's an Air card, so like wind and shit, a strong wind that passes through and means change and transformation. But since it was the Queen that also means ice and snow (Ice Queen, heeeey). I've honestly been waiting for Snowmageddon to cover the hotel, and now it's being teased. A little tickle of a tease. Bring it on.

Also are we doing anything for New Years? Does it even matter here? Who wants to set off a shit ton of illegal-but-fuck-laws fireworks on 12/31?

Everyone always says to be careful what you say because the hotel might be listening and to that I say; you're all very welcome.

This place is like a theme park and a shopping district all in one. I know I know how to make my own pizza now, but I'm definitely finding a place for it here too. Unless there's something better to be trying. I know we have creds, seemingly without limit, but I think the point of the whole Christmas thing is to get stuff for other people.
