There's an unregistered Zombie Walk marching though Little Italy. A large part of lower Manhattan has experiencing a freak snowfall. There are eyewitness sightings of large flying creatures, possibly controlled by unlicensed drones. Ferries to Governors Island have been overtaken by cosplayers dressed as pirates. The Statue of Liberty seems to have structural integrity issues and has starting to sway, causing the interior of the statue to be evacuated. In Hoboken, there are reports of structures breaking down into easily movable blocks.

Residents are being advised to stay indoors or shelter in place if possible. Please call or text 111-911-HALP for emergency response information. If you have pictures or video you'd like to submit to WHiHm, contact us at: WHiHsubmissions@news.mail
