(1) Please let me know if you are no longer feeling up to it, but I know we had discussed yesterday at coffee that you'd like to take over planning for Jane's make-up birthday party. If this is still the case, I am more than happy to hand the reins to you, so to speak.

(2) Stark said he is willing to foot the bill; however, I do not know that I feel comfortable with that considering I have my own funds. So please -- money is no object. Decorate the home as you see fit. I hope Jane will like this.

So. Jane's birthday was terrible because of obvious reasons. Thanks to Scott's idea of throwing Jane a re-birthday party, I've opt to take charge of this because, ya know. Best friend status.
