Please someone help. How can I put a YouTube video into a post on insane journal?

I have recently purchased a paid account, and I am unsure of how to create a custom view in insane journal, so that I can post a large table or character sheet in my own journal, similar to how we used to be able to do it on scribbld. Are there any resources you all can point me toward that may help? I've looked through the tags here and am unable to find what I'm looking for. Any assistance would be so appreciated!
