As I use this page everyday, I thought I'd share it with the rest of the RP world! :)

I've compiled a page of miscellaneous journal mishaps here (i.e. ink splatters, blood stains, tear drops, coffee stains, etc.) that are always fun to use in journal-based RPs.

The page is filled with thumbnails of all the images, so one only needs to click on the thumbnail to go to the larger image to snatch up the URL. I uploaded everything to tinypic so you don't need to worry about hotlinking! (tinypic has no issues with hotlinking that I know of. Someone correct me on this if I'm wrong)

The page is always growing, so if there's any other sort of mishaps you use/find, it would be kindly appreciated if you sent them my way or linked them below!

As a follow-up to a previous post requesting a template for an iPhone, I'm here to pimp my new favorite person's DA page.

Commence drooling.

I'm going to work on making some of these into div-centric codes for those of you who don't have Photoshop or the lazy SOBs that would just prefer I make everything easy. :D

I JUST DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START? REQUESTS?

ETA: Errr. I was too busy drooling to realize you had to PAY for these .PSDs

DO NOT WANT, RIGHT?

But they are still gorgeous to look at.

For some free ones...

check out this list

BTW, I have no idea what to tag this post with.

Royalty Free Graphics Source

I found a great resource for public domain photographs and artwork for use in doing journal layouts and game graphics. It's called Liam's Pictures from Old Books and there are almost 3000 pictures, maps, and photographs to peruse. All of the images are public domain, so there are no worries about royalties or infringing, though he does request you credit the website and the original book source.

It works exceptionally well for fairy tale and magical games. There is an exceptional painting of Windsor Castle from 1870 I am using for a royalty based game.
