That’s all he seemed to do.

He commanded who knows how many missions this week, always receiving his orders directly from Treize.

Then there was the paperwork.

Today was his birthday and there was no way in hell he was going to work on anything.

He marched into Treize’s office, slamming open the door-

Wait, he normally keeps that locked…

Hands grabbed him from behind before he could raise his hackles, successfully pinning him against the wall.

“So anxious to collect your present I see.”

“What?!”

Treize chuckled and pressed in close to murmur, “Happy Birthday, Milliardo.”

Oz knows quite a bit about writing letters - 10 points to them.  The Gundam Pilots and White Fang have issues with the mail system. ^_^
