Carol Danvers lays the smack down on the Avengers for their handling of the events of Avengers #200, so very recently posted here. Posting 6 pages of a 38-page annual, not my scans and nothing done to them but resizing, by very popular demand. ( Don't any of you realize what Marcus DID to me?!? ) Remember, Carol at this point has reconstructed her life history, but it's ghostly to her, no real emotions attached. Can you imagine how this'd've played if she were fully herself? 02:36 pm [icon_uk] [Link]	X-Men Sketchcard cuteness For Monday morning in the USA I bring you unbridled cuteness to lighten the day I've posted artist specific sketchcards in the past, and I recently found these from the new "X-Men Archives" set, the sketchcards by the Katie Cook, an artist whose cute style is utterly charming, and infinitely flexible. I can thoroughly recommend checking out her website here, where she covers ever pop culture fanbase going (Sriously, she even manages to make ObiWan watching the recording of Anakin killing the Jedi "younglings" look cute and sad (as opposed to the movie, which made it somehow hilarious, or maybe that was just me). She posted these herself on the Scoundrel Art Community forum, so I don't feel guilty for posting them here. A couple of my favourites at a large size. followed by LOTS of images I'm pretty much expecting to see as icons within two days! 11:16 pm [dytabytes] [Link]	616? We don't need no steekin' 616! Hey guys! This is my first time sharing comics at the new S_D so I'm really excited! I thought I'd share a little bit of the Marvel Adventures Avengers. It may be marketed to kids, but it's got snark, it's got action and it's got some pretty good characterization and minimal angst, which is my kind of comic. I'd especially recommend it to those who aren't exactly thrilled with current 616!canon. I know I like it more. ( Dial-uppers might not be happy.
